Final Lot Sold at Ammann Ranch Estates
BOERNE, TX -- Eckard Land & Acquisition (ELA) is proud to announce the sale of its final lot in Ammann Ranch Estates located in Boerne, Texas. The project was the design and development of 160 pristine hill country acres situated just outside of the city limits of Boerne. The 26 estate lots ranged in size from just under 5 acres to larger tracts that reached just less than 16 acres.The project was first acquired and developed in 2005 and was a huge success from the beginning with over 13 lots placed under contract and sold within the first twelve months. The concept of the property was to provide estate lots that would allow home ownders the feel of the hill country, while providing sufficient room to allow privacy and large custom homes. That goal was met and exceeded, based upon the market's overwhelming acceptance of the project.
ELA is committed to identifying unique and undervalued projects that offer the buyer value added benefits from ELA's expertise and foresight. ELA has acquired a numer of projects over the last five years ranging from raw land development to existing vertical structures. The firm is currently looking into distressed assets, with a focus on cash flow properties or raw land projects that are significantly undervalued, even in today's market.
